Enter your order number to see where your parcel is. Order numbers start with BG and appear on your confirmation email and SMS.
What the statuses mean
Order confirmed means payment cleared and stock is allocated. Packed means the parcel has left our packing bench. With courier means the parcel has been scanned into the delivery network.
Out for delivery means it is on a van today, within the window you chose at checkout.
If the status has not moved
Statuses can sit still for up to 24 hours over weekends and public holidays. If nothing has changed after two working days, message us on WhatsApp with the order number and we will chase the courier for you.
Changing a delivery slot
You can change the date or window free of charge up until the parcel is packed. After that, contact the courier using the tracking link in your dispatch SMS.
Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp between 11am and 9pm, or ask at any outlet counter.
